Venue Hire Prices

We pride ourselves in offering an inclusive venue price with no hidden costs which provides venue related necessities required for your day. To see a full list of what is included in your booking, please find the list below.

Included in the Venue Hire

  • Venue Access:

    • Weddings: 10:00 - 00:30 (Access can be arranged the day before subject to venue availability)

    • Parties: 12:00 - 18:00 or 18:30 - 00:30

  • Front of House Manager/Master of Ceremony and staff provided by the caterers

  • Free menu food tasting

  • Fully stocked bar

  • All linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware provided by the caterers

  • Chairs and tables to seat up to 140

  • Candle holders, candelabras, log centrepieces, easel, cake stands and cake knife

  • Speaker system for background music and the ceremony

  • We are offering a 25% discount to any booking made for a wedding taking place within 2 months of today.

  • Bank Holiday Sundays are charged at Saturday prices and Bank Holiday Mondays at Sunday prices.

  • The cost of a civil wedding is £250 (This does not include the council cost). It is the responsibility for the wedding couple to arrange the Mendip County Council Registrar at Shepton Mallet and pay their costs.

All prices are inclusive of VAT based on the rate at the time of booking.
