Wedding pricing and Packages
There are two main payment options for your wedding at Wick Farm.
Pay for the venue hire separately from the food and drink. This is usually the most economical for larger weddings (80+).
Choose from one of our all-inclusive based on 50 people (extra guests can be paid for on a per-person basis).

"The Weekender"Exclusive use of Wick Farm for Friday, Saturday and Sunday including Farmhouse (sleeps 10) and Couple’s Cottage (sleeps two).

Midweek Package 2026Monday to Thursday
All year round
50+ people
(Not available for Bank Holiday Weekends or over the Christmas Period)
Midweek package includes:~ Exclusive use of whole venue.
~ A glass of Bucks Fizz or Mulled Wine on arrival.
~ 3 course meal (includes Tea & Coffee) for 50 people.
~ Mix of wine to a third of a bottle per person (Red & White)
~ Jugs of iced tap water on all tables.
~ All table linen, crockery, cutlery & glassware.
~ 6 table centres (Hessian Table Runner with Wooden Logs & Church Candles or Candelabras).
~ Strawberry Field’s usual high standard of service.
~ Discounted evening food.
Winter Package 2026Friday and Saturday
January, February, November and December
50+ people
(Not available for Bank Holiday Weekends or over the Christmas Period)

Twilight package includes:~ Exclusive use of whole venue.
~ A glass of Prosecco on arrival.
~ Evening Buffet for 50 people.
~ All table linen, crockery, cutlery & glassware.
~ Strawberry Field’s usual high standard of service.
No Corkage Sunday
Supply your own wines up until the end of the wedding breakfast without charge.
~ Minimum 60 day guests
~ Excludes Bank Holiday Weekends
~ Guests must enjoy Wedding Breakfast and Evening Food
