At Wick Farm Bath, we know the importance of your wedding day. Big or small, we will go that extra mile to ensure you have a day that is truly remembered by you and your guests.

We use Strawberry Field Catering for all our events.

Strawberry Field Catering have been established for over 24 years catering for a wide range of clients, from small Dinner Parties to large corporate events and everything in between. Our team of experienced chefs will lovingly prepare and cook your menu to the highest standard. Along with our Front of House team, we pride ourselves on offering a service where attention to detail is paramount but unobtrusive and where our whole team aims to surpass your expectations.

Menu Pack

Another area that clients want to know about is just what is included in our prices. The easiest way to tell you is to show you. Our menu pack pricing includes the following as standard:

  • White table linen as required for your event including white linen napkins

  • All crockery and cutlery required to serve your menu

  • A team of experienced Uniformed Waiting Staff and Chefs to serve your guests

  • A Front of House Manager throughout your day who will be there to greet you when you arrive and to say goodbye when you depart

  • If required, our Front of House Manager can act as your Toastmaster, or assist a member of your party with the making of any announcements

  • An easel for your table plan and Holders for your table number/names

  • Table dressing service, so you and your guests enjoy the day

  • Up to 4 complimentary Highchairs available for use if required

  • Complimentary Cake Stands and Knife

Drinks Service

Our Drinks Service Charge allows you to supply Still and Sparkling Wines only.

If you are providing wines throughout (on arrival, during the meal & as the toast) then we suggest you choose the fixed price applicable to your numbers of guests and we will take care of everything for you throughout, until the end of the Wedding Breakfast. Then our fully stocked bar is open.

If, however you decide to have alternative reception drinks (i.e. Pimms & Lemonade which S.F.C. are required to provide) you can choose to opt for our per bottle rate of £12.00 per 75cl bottle on table and Toast Wine.

  • Our fixed corkage rate is charged on a per Adult basis depending on numbers:

    40+ Guests @£14.00 per person 

    60+ Guests @£13.00 per person 

    80+ Guests @£12.00 per person 

    100+ Guests @£11.00 per person 

    120+ Guests @£10.00 per person

    Our bottle rate is £12.00 per 75cl bottle of Still or Sparkling Wine by Strawberry Field Catering.

    NO CORKAGE SUNDAY (Minimum 60 adult day guests)

    If you book your wedding on a Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays & Sunday Packages) you will enjoy the option to supply your own still & sparkling wines up until the end of the wedding breakfast without charge. All other drinks including soft drinks will be supplied and charged for by Strawberry Fields and you must include evening cuisine catering to take advantage of this offer.

Wine List

Our list is not overly long, but in conjunction with our supplier, we have taken care to choose interesting, distinctive & delightful wines from around the world, all of which have been tasted and enjoyed by ourselves, & we hope that you will also enjoy.

All prices on our Wine List are inclusive of VAT.
